HIGH TORQUE ELECTRIC ACTUATOR VALVES
The U-754 range motorized valves have been designed using Universal Switch Gear Control’s proven reliability in combination with the latest Technology. U-754 provides a simple, cost-effective way of controlling quarter turn valves and dampers. The design meets Industry’s need for a compact and reliable actuator, it is suitable for use in many areas where an IP 65, IP 67, IP 68 enclosure is required.
The U-754 Series of motorized butterfly valve is a single phase high torque electric actuator valve which is available in two versions:-
(a). The standard version is suitable for Open/Close duties where On/Off control is required (with feedback & BMS). The design of the motor and limit switch mechanism ensure setting and reliability.
(b). The next version of U-754 benefits from the addition of a control interface module having USB communication port, Data logger memory and Bluetooth/SD card which enables it to operate from a wide variety of control signals and provides status monitoring outputs. This version is suitable for continuous duties cycle, where modulating control is required
Universal has furthermore applied all the expertise of the Valve Engineering Unit (V.E.U.) in enforcing the butterfly valve range as one of its strongest flow control solution and a wide range of materials is available from ductile iron to highest grade and exotic super duplex stainless steels, that are proven and certified for all kinds of industry from potable water transmission to highly corrosive mining applications.
